VirtualGPS - is a free, small utility, which fully emulates GPS module and returns your location (by using cellular towers and wi-fi hotspots). Accuracy of coordinates is about 50-500m.

Virtual GPS is a GPS  simulator software. It operates in two modes:

1. Simulator mode
2. File mode.

In simulator mode the latitude and longitude coordinates are periodically incremented with a defined step. In file mode the GPS data is loaded from a text file which contains NMEA 0183 sentences.
