Will Windows Mobile 7 be announced next week?

Microsoft have publically said that they will talk about Windows Mobile 7 during Mobile World Congress 2010 on February 15 which is being held at Barcelona, but will they announce it and/or demonstrate it? There is a lot of hope and hype that Windows Mobile 7 will once again bring the Microsoft OS back to being a competitive mobile operating system. From it's origional beginnings as the Pocket PC operating system the world has moved on faster and with greater innovation than the Microsoft mobile operating system for any of it's partners PDAs and smartpones.

What will be interesting to see is wether Windows Mobile 7 will also include some Zune features, or will it be based on the Zune look and feel? Could all the rumours about a Microsoft phone, or a Zune phone, merely be pointing to the fact that Windows Mobile 7 will bring the two solutions together into one platform, with a business and media edition?

I, as I suspect many others, will be watching and listening with interest.
