Ingredients
• Condensed milk: 1 can (s)
• Butter: 1 tablespoon
• Chocolate powder: 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
• Granulated chocolate: 1 package
Yield: 35 servings

Method of preparation
– In a small pan with a thick bottom, put the butter and melt over low heat.
– When the butter is melted, turn off the heat. Add condensed milk and chocolate powder. Stir the ingredients well and then turn the heat back on.
– When the mixture boils and the first bubbles begin to appear, lower the temperature of the fire to the minimum and with a spatula of silicone stir constantly the brigadier.
“Keep stirring until the brigadeiro comes out of the bottom of the pan, it will take about 10 minutes.
– Turn off the heat, and transfer the brigadeiro to a dish or bowl lightly buttered.
– Allow to cool completely before shaping the balls.
– To make small brigadeiros, which were the ones I did, use a not too much teaspoon full of brigadier batter and wrap in the palm of the hands, then pass in the granulated chocolate.
– Put in paper cups suitable for brigadeiro.
